Student wins fashion illustration award
BA (Hons) Fashion Design
Final year BA (Hons) Fashion Design student Millie Connor was announced overall student winner at the 8th Fida Excellence in Fashion, Art and Illustration Awards.
The winners were announced in an online ceremony held on Friday 24 November, with awards given in eight categories
The judges commented that Millie’s use of mixed media combined with an atypical fashion model meant her work stood out from the other entries. As winner of the Student Illustration Award Millie will received a one-year Fida membership, as well as the opportunity to see her work in The Fible, a printed celebration of the best in fashion illustration.
