Holly Greenwood set up her brand in 2019, shortly after graduating from BA (Hons) Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design (now BA (Hons) Textile Design). Holly is based in Wakefield, Yorkshire and offers a range of design services, runs workshops and has created multiple public art commissions.

Amongst these is a commission from Wakefield Council to turn over 40 metres of hoardings into a beautiful mural in the city centre, with imagery that reflects a mixture of iconic Wakefield landmarks such as the Hepworth, the theatre and cathedral, and then intertwines it all with the local countryside. Since completing a residency at Duke Studios as part of the Funded Studio Space scheme, Holly has been based out of their own studio in Wakefield, just around the corner from the mural.

"The studio space at Duke has been a pivotal moment for my career, having access to a professional creative space has allowed me to be so much more productive in my work than I would be working from home. The mentoring support has also been incredible, allowing me to gain specific knowledge that will help my career moving forward. This funded opportunity has been the perfect stepping stone to allow me to afford moving into my own paid studio."
