Ella Vawer is a freelance fashion photographer working with brands and models around the country. Ella graduated from BA (Hons) Fashion Photography in 2024 and is currently working on several editorials that merge the LGBTQ+ community and fashion within the world of football.

"I love both football and fashion, so combining them to create art is incredibly fulfilling for me. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it's important to me to see people like myself represented in a way that celebrates our presence and makes us feel seen as cool. This includes talking to brands, models, and agents, and sorting out dates, times and locations. All things to do with a fashion shoot."

Ella continued; “Leeds Arts University taught me so much! In the first year, it's all about figuring things out and discovering what you like or don't like. But by the second year, you have complete control over what you want to pursue. It gave me a deep understanding of the fashion world and encouraged me to take risks because you never know what might work out. It also proved that you truly get out what you put in! With all the classes and workshops, it taught me so much that I now apply in my job.”
