The University's Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is the governing body of the University. It holds at least 6 formal meetings a year and is supported by an Audit Committee, a Remuneration Committee and a Search and Nominations Committee (SNC).

The Governors listed below were members of the Board of Governors during the 2022/23 financial year. Unless otherwise indicated, they were also members of the Board of Governors during the 2021/22 financial year. A list of Governors who left the Board during the 2021/22 financial year is included in a separate document below.
