Recent BA (Hons) Fashion Photography graduates, Emily Bloomer and Jack Carr, worked on filming Channel 4’s new documentary series New Model Agency.

New Model Agency follows a young, diverse and dynamic cast of models represented by inclusive model agency Zebedee Talent. Zebedee Talent is the leading inclusive agency for Disabled, Visibly Different, Non-Binary and Trans models, committed to changing the way disability, visible difference and gender identity are represented in fashion and the wider media. Both Emily and Jack work for Zebedee Talent - Emily as a Photographer and Jack as a Model Booker.

Over the three episodes of New Model agency - that are now available to stream in full on Channel 4 - viewers get to know the cast as they attempt to make a mark in the fashion industry and compete at castings with brands such as Fred Perry and Tommy Hilfiger. The series explores the highs and lows of the industry through the lens of the models and the Zebedee agency and brings viewers closer to the drama, glamour and realities of the highly-competitive and changing world of fashion.

Channel 4, in association with M&S, commissioned Manchester-based Salamanda Media to make New Model Agency. The first episode aired on 27 February 2024.
