I lived in the centre of Barcelona, about a ten-minute walk from the Ramblas, with two other English girls from Bristol, who were also on Erasmus and studying at IED.
At IED Barcelona I took five modules, Project II, Branded Content and Visual Planning, Screenplay and storyboard and Post production, all similar or directly linked to my course in Creative Advertising. The modules included group work and a final presentation submitted via a drop box system.
Since living in Barcelona I not only believe my confidence has grown, I’ve also developed my language and team work skills. With the help of the grant money that I was given from Erasmus, I was able to pay for language classes, and get a train to Valencia for the weekend and a coach to Andorra!
I feel so grateful to have been given this opportunity and lucky to have taken part in such a brilliant scheme. This has been an unforgettable experience and one that I would recommend to anyone.
