If you are interested in an undergraduate degree course you need to apply through UCAS. You can simultaneously apply for up to five courses. Our UCAS code is L28.
International applicants (from outside the UK/EU) please click here for further information.
The closing date for applications is 6pm on 15 January. Applications submitted to UCAS after this date will be forwarded to our University until 30 June but it is at the University’s discretion as to whether we will consider these late applications. Please note that we do not process any applications received after 15 January until due consideration has been given to all on time 15 January applications. This could mean that your application is held until the end of May before it is considered.
For further information and guidance about the UCAS online application process, visit www.ucas.com or telephone 03714 680 468 or +443303 330 230 if you are outside the UK.
What happens when you apply
We think it is very important that we assess your creative potential for the course you are applying for. Once we receive your application form through UCAS, our admissions team checks that you meet or have the potential to meet our entry requirements. If you meet or have the potential to meet our entry requirements you will be invited to an interview or audition.
Interviews and auditions take place between December and March. Applicants are invited to interview via UCAS Track and normally receive at least 5-10 days notice. For more information about how to prepare and what to expect, see our interview guide and audition guide.
You will be asked to perform one set piece and a piece of your choice. Read our audition guide for more information.
Entry into other years
We do not consider applications for direct entry into year 3/level 6. We are not currently accepting applications to year 2/level 5.
