Lecturer - BA (Hons) Games Design

The BA (Hons) Games Design course provides a challenging programme of study that is innovative, lively, and critically rich. This exciting course motivates students to explore both the creative and technical dimensions of designing interactive and immersive game experiences. It places emphasis on the creation of prototypes and design documents using engaging gameplay elements, level development, and the crafting of compelling narratives. As a Lecturer in Games Design, you will help plan, design and deliver on the BA (Hons) Games Design degree. You will be teaching on Games Design module across all levels. Working individually and as a member of a team you will be expected to deliver teaching within a variety of settings including lectures, seminars, studio and workshops, peer reviews and individual tutorials.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and have knowledge and applied expertise in games design and programming, across practice, theory and concepts including prototyping, testing, and using Unity and Unreal with an emphasis on C++.
