Due to the Covid-19 crisis the graduation ceremony for those completing their BA (Hons) degree in summer 2020 has been postponed until Monday 7 December and Tuesday 8 December. We are currently working on ceremony timings and will be in touch as soon as possible to let students know which day their ceremony will take place. Please bear with us during this difficult time.
Your graduation ceremony is a special occasion where you can formally celebrate all of the hard work that you put into achieving your degree. It will be an event that you, your family, course friends and tutors can remember for many years to come. At the ceremony you will be addressed by a prominent keynote speaker, the Vice-Chancellor will present you with your degree certificate on stage and afterwards you are invited to join us for a celebratory glass of bubbly.
If you have any further questions about the ceremony please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0113 202 8152.

If you require more than six extra guest tickets, please email email@example.com and your request will be added to a waiting list for spare tickets. Any additional tickets will be confirmed after the booking deadline has passed on Friday 12 June.
To be eligible to attend the ceremony you need to have successfully completed your BA (Hons) degree in June 2020.
We understand that we are asking you to book your attendance at the ceremony before you know if you have successfully completed your degree. If you don’t pass your degree in June you will be able to get a full refund from Ede & Ravenscroft. If you have extenuating circumstances which means you can’t submit work for the June exam board you may still be invited to the ceremony or be able to claim a refund. Please note these refunds need to be claimed at least seven days prior days to the graduation ceremony.
To participate in the ceremony you must wear the Leeds Arts University gown as supplied by Ede & Ravenscroft, the gown is black with a deep red patterned hood (pictured below).
Graduation is a formal occasion so we ask that you dress smartly. You will find it useful to wear a buttoned shirt or blouse to which the academic hood can be fastened. You will probably find that hairgrips are useful to secure your mortar. We recommend wearing ‘sensible shoes’, as you will be asked to collect your degree from the stage which is accessed by a number of steps.
If you have any further questions about the ceremony email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0113 202 8152 or visit our website for more information about what to expect on the day.
