Students had the choice of three SS21 Patternbank trends: Tropical ChaosPattern Contrast and Strange Surfaces to inspire them. Two students were selected as winners, Martha Walmsley (Level 5) and Ellen Forsyth (Level 6). Many of the submitted designs can be seen on the Patternbank blog

Neil Elliott, Director of Patternbank said "The Patternbank team were incredibly impressed with the quality and professionalism of the students that took part in the SS21 live brief. The level of research, trend analysis and presentation skills were at a very high level. This made it hard for the team to select the final overall winners but we felt Ellen and Martha’s final presentations really answered the brief. A big congratulations to all the students that took part - super strong work & effort!"
