Artwork by twelve students and recent graduates from Leeds Arts University is now on display in the new building of law firm Walker Morris which opened earlier this year.
Walker Morris worked in partnership with the Careers, Enterprise and Employability team at Leeds Arts University to commission 13 pieces of artwork for its new offices on Wellington Street. The winning designs submitted by students from the University’s undergraduate, postgraduate and further education courses, were then produced by the students on a large scale to fill a wall in client meeting rooms and other focal points in the new building.

Students and staff from the University were invited to the official opening of the new offices on Wellington Street to see the work on display, and meet staff and associates from Walker Morris.

Walker Morris Chairman, David Smedley, commented:
"We are delighted with the winning paintings from these extraordinarily talented Leeds Arts University students. They look fantastic now they are full scale and installed. They are a real focal point in the client meeting rooms and certainly resonate with our mission to be a distinctive commercial law firm.”
