Leeds College of Art has won the Whatuni Student Choice Award for the UK university with the Best Facilities for the second time in three years.
The results of over 20,000 student votes were announced at a spectacular gala dinner at The Montcalm Brewery, London last night and hosted by award winning comedian, writer and television host, Jimmy Carr. This year Leeds College of Art was shortlisted in five of the ten categories: Overall, Student Support, City Life, Uni Facilities, and Courses and Lecturers. Students studying at Leeds College of Art use state-of-the-art facilities, allowing them to maximise their creative potential without limitations from resources. Workshops and studios are equipped to industry standard, and are run by highly-skilled staff, who contribute significantly to students’ learning experience. The College previously won the Whatuni Best Facilities Award in 2014.
