Leeds College of Art has won the What Uni Student Choice Award for the UK university with the Best Facilities.
The results of over 26,000 student votes were announced at a spectacular gala dinner at the Waldorf Hilton, London last night and hosted by award winning comedy presenter, Clive Anderson.
Simone Wonnacott, Principal of Leeds College of Art, said: “For a specialist art and design institution like Leeds College of Art to win the Best Facilities award, in competition against all the UK’s universities, is an incredible achievement and one that primarily acknowledges our staff. It’s their support and dedication that gives the students an unforgettable experience and means they are willing to vote for us in such a way. As a specialist institution we focus all of our investment on the creative needs of students.”
Students studying at Leeds College of Art use state-of-the-art facilities, allowing them to maximise their creative potential without limitations from resources.
