Leeds College of Art’s MA Creative Practice end of year show

Our postgraduate students presented POST – their MA Creative Practice two week end of year exhibition at Holy Trinity Church in Leeds city centre in October; produced, curated, and delivered by the nine postgraduate students of this exciting new programme, now in its second year.

The exhibition ran from 30th October to 13th November and showcased an inspiring collection of work which was of exceptional quality, imagination and technical skill. Works on show where diverse and included printmaking, photography, puppetry, a 3D board game and extraordinary sculpture and installation pieces.

The artists, designers and craftspeople exhibiting included Rebekah Caputo, Helen MacKenzie, Letty McHugh, Ailsa Read, Hilary Readman, Cameron Reid, Carol Sorhaindo, Richard Storrow and Jon Vogler.

The exhibition was open to the general public and the opening night on 29th October was very well attended by friends, family, staff and members of the public and creative industries.

Sam Broadhead MA, Head of Research and Programme Leader, MA Creative Practice said:

"The College and staff are very proud of the group who have successfully completed their projects and are presenting their work in this exhibition. We thank them for trusting us with the facilitation of their postgraduate education in creative practice and research.
