Richard Baker, artist and technician on the College’s BA (Hons) Fine Art degree and Tom Palin, artist and lecturer also on the College’s BA (Hons) Fine Art have both been shortlisted for the prestigious Lynn Painter-Stainers prize 2016.
With prize money of £30,000 the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize is one of the most prestigious awards to artists in the UK. The annual exhibition will be held from 7 – 13 March 2016 at the Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1. At the opening Private View of the exhibition on 7th March, the winners will be announced and awarded their prizes.
Approximately 100 paintings are selected for exhibition and all works are for sale.
