36 final year BA (Hons) Fine Art students will exhibit their work at Assembly House in Leeds this December.

Assembly House is an artist-led community arts organisation, project space and artist studios located in a Victorian mill, alongside the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, in Armley, Leeds. Since 2013 they have been providing affordable studio spaces, career support for early career artists, developing creative projects in and for our local community, a programme of skills sharing, and commissioning local artists.

'This Wayzgoose exhibition is a celebration of the hard work of level 6 Fine Art students, and of their commitment and dedication to the job of communicating sometimes complex, but always significant and important ideas and concepts. It is a moment to present their work and to invite their fellow artists across all levels to share in an act of creative reflection and well-deserved carousal as we travel toward the festive period of Christmas.'

Ralph Derbyshire, BA Fine Art (Hons) Subject Leader

The exhibition will take place at Assembly House, 44 Canal Road, Armley, Leeds LS12 2PL, from 8 - 12 December 2022.
