Caroline Riches, Lecturer BA (Hons) Fashion Design, artist and fashion illustrator was given the opportunity to show her work at ‘With Love, Halston’, an event honouring the late fashion designer.
Organised by his niece Lesley Frowick and held at the prestigious National Arts Club in New York City, the event featured personal testimonials about the designer, a Halston-inspired student fashion show and live auction organised by Fida, a global platform promoting fashion illustration and drawing.

Fida partnered with With Love, Halston to give selected members the opportunity to exhibit their work as part of the celebration event. Caroline’s work was selected to exhibit as part of the live auction, organised to raise funds for the ‘With Love, Halston’ scholarship fund to support future fashion talent.
Caroline said: "I am delighted to be exhibiting my artwork at such a wonderful venue for a great cause. The brief was a joy to work on as it combined my interests of 60s / 70s fashion history and the preservation of hand drawing in fashion design education."
