Clever Fish: Creative Advertising Students win much coveted Chip Shop Award

09 July 2021

Final year BA (Hons) Creative Advertising students Fe Sasson De Campos and Kiara Hambali were nominated for The Drum magazine Chip Shop Awards earlier on this year. Winners in each category were announced virtually at the awards show this week on 7 July and we're thrilled to announce that their creative work won a ‘Chip’.

The pioneering awards are open to anybody with an interest in creating ads and are held annually by The Drum magazine.

The purpose of the awards is to celebrate creativity without limits and nominees often ruffle a few feathers along the way as a result. These awards are unlike most in that they celebrate the essence of effective advertising: the great idea.

Fe and Kiara’s submission 'The Wanted Gift' calls for an end to period poverty in the UK through a fictitious partnership with Swedish brand Happy Socks. You can read more here.
