Lucy and Yak launch limited edition cat print dungarees with Leeds Arts University BA (Hons) Textile Design alumna Freya Dolby.
Lucy and Yak are an independent, organic and Recycled Clothing brand designing colourful and comfy clothing designed in Britain.
Freya chose to use our feline friends as the inspiration for this design because of their playful nature and carefree attitude to life. She said by "using our world as their playground they act as a reminder to prioritise joy and fun in our fast-paced lives."
"This collaboration came about after I exhibited a selection of pieces from my final year Textile Design collection at New Designers 2022. Lucy and Yak reached out to me after some of their lovely ladies at the event expressed an interest in this particular design. I have admired the brand for a while so I was absolutely delighted that they wanted to collaborate with me on a pair of limited edition dungarees!"
