Final year students and recent graduates from the University’s BA (Hons) Animation degree have been nominated for the prestigious RTS (Royal Television Society) Yorkshire Student Television Award 2022 for Animation.
The RTS Awards celebrate the best audio-visual work created by students studying within the Yorkshire region,with awards give for Animation, Comedy & Entertainment, Drama, Factual, News and Short Form.

'Heart of Stone' by graduates Haraldur Petursson, Hannah Holliman and Damian Jenorwski, 'Home Sweet Home' by final year students Bethan Reast, Faye Craig and Emma Drake, and 'Impresario' by graduate Devon Short have been shortlisted.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony held at Leeds Conservatoire on Wednesday 2 March. Regional winners go through to national judging to decide on the national nominations for presentation at the RTS Student Television Awards Ceremony 2022 on Friday 24 June.
