Application Information 2019/20 Entrants
The University is delighted to offer two scholarships for home and EU students joining our postgraduate courses in 2019.
The scholarships are:-
Vice-Chancellor’s Postgraduate Scholarship
A scholarship of £2,000 will be awarded to one student for one year. The scholarship will be awarded by a panel of staff and comprises of a reduction in tuition fees for the year.
The scholarships are awarded based on an application. You need to complete the online application form if you would like to be considered for either scholarship.
You must have applied to one of our postgraduate courses and hold an offer to study with us before you can apply for either scholarship.
The successful applicants are expected to act as ambassadors for the University and may be asked to contribute to promotional activities and campaigns.
Studio Space Scholarship
The University recognises the challenges that graduates face in finding appropriate studio space in the first few years of their career. The studio space scholarship will provide suitable working studio space for one home/EU student for the period of their studies.
The deadline for applications is 28 June 2019.

Terms, conditions and eligibility criteria
The scholarships are available for all new postgraduate students who have been assessed as home or EU students for fee purposes and who have been issued an offer to study one of our postgraduate courses at the University. For part time students the scholarship is allocated on a pro rata basis – (i.e. a fee discount of £1,000 in each year of study).
Alumni who are successful in their application for either the studio space or the Principal’s Scholarship will not be eligible for the alumni discount in addition.
