Tony Judge is a Senior Lecturer on the BA (Hons) Filmmaking course. He is an artist filmmaker who has worked extensively in the film and television industries for the past 30 years specialising in arts, music and performance documentary and artist’s documentation. Tony trained in Fine art (Sculpture and the moving image). He has exhibited and screened internationally and has works in the permanent collections of galleries including MOMA, New York and ICA, London. Tony’s current research interests include the recycling and trans-mediation of performance and materials for multi-screen and installation. He has collaborated with Physical Theatre Company; Bodies in Flight (since 1989) to document, archive and create an extensive range of moving image media for broadcast, live performance, exhibition and installation. He is founder and Creative Director of commercials/Documentary production company Creative Forum Ltd. He is currently working with Bodies in Flight developing film media for their latest show Life Class. And collating works for a 30th year anniversary exhibition in Spring 2022.
