Position: Data & Information Assistant

Salary: £21,814 - £24,461 per annum

Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Data & Information Assistant, working within the Planning & Management Information team. This is a new position at the University and provides the opportunity for someone to join a small team supporting the management and data integrity of the Student Record System (Agresso) and the completion of statutory returns and dealing with ad hoc requests. The role will also involve data processing, quality checking and preparing training material for a variety of audiences.

We are looking for candidates who are educated to A level or possess a relevant qualification or appropriate experience in a post directly related to this. Someone with good administration and organisational skills with advanced experience with Excel, Access and knowledge of relational databases. Candidates must also have working knowledge of GDPR and experience of data returns.
