Our specialist art libraries provide exceptional print and online collections that underpin and enhance studies in the creative arts.

The collections and services at Leeds Arts University library are designed with student satisfaction and success in mind. Our light and airy libraries have study spaces for students to work individually and in groups, with knowledgeable and friendly staff on hand throughout opening hours. We offer a range of inductions, workshops, and guides to empower all students to use the library with confidence and make it a central part of their time at Leeds Arts University.

We work closely with students and teaching staff to ensure that our collections and resources meet the learning needs of our community. As well as up-to-date textbooks covering theory and practice, we offer access to specialist subject resources, such as artists’ books, graphic novels, films, exhibition catalogues, music scores, fashion databases and trend forecasting tools, complementing the wide variety of courses taught at the university.
