The Office for Students (OfS) is the independent regulator for Higher Education in the UK, its role is to work with higher education providers to make sure that students succeed in higher education.
As part of this it considers and approves an Access and Participation Plan that sets out how the University will improve equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.
As part of the annual process of monitoring Access and Participation Plans, the University provides the Office for Students (OfS) with information about its progress toward meeting targets, objectives and written commitments. In September 2021, the OfS completed a review of the monitoring return for the 2019-20 plan and issued the University with its first Impact Report. Click here to access the 2019-20 Impact Report.
