The selected graduates will participate in Aon’s mentoring programme to assist with their transition from education to the commercial art world. They will receive legal support, workshops and business mentoring throughout the year, and will showcase their work at Aon’s client suite offices at their headquarters in London.
The culmination of the 12 month programme will be an awards evening and auctioning of their exhibited work. The Community Art Award, launched in August 2015, gives all of the graduates selected a chance of winning one of two prizes:
- £5,000 Aon Community Art prize, judged by an independent panel, will be awarded to the most promising student.
- £2,000 colleague prize voted for by Aon employees.
The Aon Community Art Award 2017 will be launched at a special event held in London on Thursday 5 October. Find out about the awards here.
