Leeds College of Art has a large and exciting exhibitions programme held at both our Blenheim Walk and Vernon Street sites.
During 2014-15 there are over twenty shows planned including work by Victor Burgin; Subterraneans, an international group exhibition of work by artists and designers influenced by Jack Kerouac; an exhibition by Tessa Farmer on the theme of the Cottingley Fairies; paintings by California artist Meghan Jean; an exhibition covering the advertising agency Collett Dickinson and Pearce; prints by American artist James Turrell and a display of work by photographer John Angerson.
Apart from our exhibition programme Leeds College of Art regularly screens artists’ film as part of the Illuminated Room programme, including many rarely seen in the UK. We also regularly exhibit artists’ books taken from the College’s own outstanding collection.
