Saturday Art School at Leeds College of Art, is a vibrant and inspiring collection of arts-based courses aimed at students in school years 5 to 13. Students have the opportunity to explore a wide range of creative subjects in industry standard studios and workshops.
The Saturday Art School courses are based around hands on learning and children are encouraged to experiment in a variety of materials with activities designed to stimulate lateral thinking and creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Saturday Art School’s mission is to provide empowering creative experiences. The young people and children will realise their ideas and broaden their expertise exploring different materials, techniques and opportunities. The Saturday Art School believes everybody is an artist.
