Living in Leeds is affordable, accessible - and fun!

We recommend that all international students stay at either Mary Morris International Residence (which specialises in housing overseas students, and is very close to the College), or Liberty Park, which houses a large number of our UK students.

Mary Morris International Residence

''Mary Morris is a residential community for both international and UK students. Mary Morris House comprises single rooms with shared facilities. Roundhay Flats provides 10 one-bedroom self-contained flats on the same site. Mary Morris is run by Unipol Student Homes, a major student housing charity.

We provide quality accommodation, amenities and facilities and professional management standards. Our inclusive rents are very reasonably priced for students on a tight accommodation budget. Mary Morris offers a vibrant social and cultural life in a traditional student residential setting, benefiting from extensive social space for all onsite tenants. It is a safe and secure environment in an excellent and convenient location

These halls are for long and short-term lets, available all year round and there is a £200 deposit. To book a room, you will need to visit the Unipol website and complete the online application form.

£76 per week including all bills except internet' (from July 2013).

Liberty Park

Liberty Park is located in Leeds city centre, and houses both UK and a smaller number of international students. There are 533 single study bedrooms and 31 studio flats, all of which are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus separate telephone and data points for high-speed internet access. Bedroom furniture includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside shelves. Single study bedrooms share a high-quality fitted kitchen and living area; studio flats are self-contained.

The accommodation is arranged in 4, 5 and 6-bed flats and 31 studio flats. Rooms will be available from mid August 2012 until the end of June for a total of 44 weeks, with an average cost of £116.00 per week (including all utility bills, personal contents insurance and internet access).
