Work experience placements

Students at the College are encouraged to do work experience placements. These provide an invaluable taste of what it’s like to be doing the job in industry – but they can also lead to good contacts for ongoing work, and even a full-time job on graduation!

Employers are looking for talented graduates with practical experience and a strong work ethic. So if you can show a track record of working in industry, you’ve already got a great advantage. Employers often enjoy having our students so much that they invite them back as full-time employees once they’ve left the College.

You can read more about some recent placements, and the benefits the students describe, on these pages.
