Employers are looking for talented graduates with practical experience and a strong work ethic, and a great way to create that kind of graduate is to allow students to do work placements in industry.
The benefits include a good network of contacts for both employer and student. Employers are often so impressed with the calibre of our students that they invite them back as full-time employees once they’ve left the College – they already know what they’re getting, and they save on recruitment costs.
