The Office for Fair Access (OFFA) approves an Access Agreement that sets out the fee measures, financial support and the outreach that the University will provide for each year.

OFFA is an independent, non-departmental public body, its role is to promote and safeguard fair access to higher education. It helps to safeguard fair access to higher education by approving and monitoring access agreements – documents in which universities have to set out their tuition fee limits and the access measures they intend to put in place e.g. financial support for students and outreach work such as summer schools. All institutions agreements are available on the OFFA website

In September 2016 the Office for Fair Access approved the Leeds Arts University Access Agreement 2017-18.
